1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Needify (“we”, “us”, “our”). Needify operates an online shopping platform where customers can browse and purchase products directly from our website. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. You agree that all information provided during account creation or checkout is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities carried out through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
3. Role of Needify
Needify is responsible for providing you with a secure and reliable online shopping experience. All products listed on our website are offered and sold under the Needify brand experience. We take responsibility for order processing, customer communication, delivery coordination, returns, refunds, and after-sales support in accordance with our policies and applicable Indian laws. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and updated, though minor variations may occur.
4. Pricing, Payment & Fees
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product page. Prices may change from time to time due to market conditions, promotional offers, or pricing revisions. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including taxes, shipping charges, and any other applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, and Needify does not store your payment card or banking details.
5. Orders, Shipping, Delivery & RTO
Order processing and delivery timelines shown on the website are estimated and may vary due to operational, logistical, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your orders. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery attempts resulting in Return to Origin (RTO), additional charges may apply and refunds, if any, may be adjusted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including brand name, logo, text, graphics, images, layout, and design, is owned by Needify & Co or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Any feedback, reviews, suggestions, or comments you submit may be used by Needify for service improvement and marketing purposes without any obligation to compensate you. You confirm that your feedback does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful content.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in NVG JUDICIAL BLOCK, BENGALURU, INDIA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
14. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
